Transparency in Legal Fees: Insightful Whitepaper Analysis
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) have called for studies into the transparency of legal fees and services, in order to explore whether customers were able to make informed purchasing decisions.
Reallymoving’s whitepaper considers the CMA proposed measures to move towards a more transparent pricing strategy, allowing customers more choice, but also to feel protected if things should go wrong. With six out of ten people believing that professional legal advice is not an affordable option, it becomes apparent that more transparency could benefit law firms as well as customers.
