Moving house advice of the day:
If you not happy with your Home Information Pack, you have every right to complain. Under the Estate Agents Act 1979, estage agencies must belong to an approved redress scheme, usually either the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme, the Surveyors Ombudsman Service or the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Alternatively go to http://www.tpos.co.uk/, The Property Ombudsman.
