Reallymoving.com Ltd may, from time to time, send you email regarding our products and services. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list you can reply as directed to any incoming email, or send an email to unsubscribe@reallymoving.com.
Our partners should only contact you by phone or email, using the information you have provided to discuss your quote. If you wish to have no further contact from our partners, please contact them directly. They are obliged to carry out your instructions upon written request.

We comply with Rule 9 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct ‘Referrals of Business’ - http://www.sra.org.uk/code-of-conduct/219.article. Any solicitor [or registered European lawyer] to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor [or registered European lawyer].
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (the independent regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales.) permits solicitors to make agreements with their introducing sources for referral work. Such agreements must comply with a code, known as Rule 9 ‘Referrals of Business’ which contains strict rules to safeguard your interests as the customer. Reallymoving.com Ltd and the panel solicitors have entered into a formal referral agreement under Rule 9 (formerly the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code of the Law Society). Reallymoving.com will charge each quoting solicitor a fee of £2.50 for quoting on their behalf. The fees quoted do not include disbursements such as local or environmental searches, telegraphic transfer fees or stamp duty.
