Home Information Pack changes welcomed by reallymoving.com
The recently announced government initiative to provide people with better information on the process of buying and selling homes has been welcomed by the team at reallymoving.com
Margaret Beckett, the Housing minister lasts week announced a new package of measures to ensure consumers receive improved and more transparent information in the home buying and selling process. Part of the improvements to the Home Information Pack (HIP) is a new property information questionnaire will provide a summary of information about the property in one place.

The Office of Fair Trading has also announced that it will be launching a study into home buying and selling, looking at traditional estate agency models and alternative ways of buying and selling homes.
