Good news on the housing market from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
New Buyer Enquiries have risen to the highest figure for nearly a decade, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors recent UK Housing Market Survey.
Property sales in April also rose slightly from the previous month. New buyer registrations for homes increased for the 6th consecutive month.
The balance of surveyors reporting increased buyer interest in London is the second highest figure recorded since the series began.
