Home Information Packs are Suspended
On Friday 21st May, Home Information Packs (HIPS) were suspended and are no longer required. The new coalition government is organising a change in the legislation. Energy Performance Certificates are still required by law. They must be made available within 28 days of putting a property on the market for sale.
