We did a lot of research before choosing our conveyancing solicitors for our house purchase. We chose Beaumont due to their previous reviews as well as their responsiveness in our initial enquiries. The entire process was made very smooth, easy and stress free and Beaumont took over all the works and kept in touch on a regular basis to update us on everything. They were also very quick to respond to all of my questions by phone or email and this helped to ensure that we understood each stage of the process and made the purchase a more enjoyable and stress free experience.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Beaumont legal who conducted our conveyancing transactions for both sale and purchase. They were useless, very slow and difficult to contact and kept asking for stuff we had already sent them. The sellers solicitors were amazed at their slowness as well. I felt second class the whole way through. Never spoke to Ms Barker ever (would not be put through) If I hadn't pushed VERY hard we still would not have exchanged.

A well-oiled and smoothly working conveyancing machine - i really can't speak highly enough of them.

We live in Australia and dealt with everything remotely until a couple of days before exchange when we spoke on the phone for the first time due to the need to expedite as a result of an attempted gazumping. They were immediately responsive and turned around the buyers report within a few hours and contacted sellers solicitor to assure them the documents were on their way back and exchange could be within a few days.

Fees were reasonable in comparison to the other quotes - not the cheapest or the most expensive but certainly very transparent, and the cheapest quote would not in fact have been the cheapest overall given everything seemed to be extras with them.

Communication was particularly strong - responsive to emails, clear in answers, very clear about what was needed from you by when in relation to exchange and completion. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anybody i knew looking for conveyancing services. Thank You Deborah and Janet.

I never get
To speak to Adel and my online file hasn't ever been updated I'm still waiting completion when they receive documents they never seem to look at them till at least the next day. I don't know if all companies are like this

Company response: There was a substantial delay between receiving our clients’ instructions and receiving the contract paperwork from the sellers solicitors. We are unable to take any action on a file until we have received the contract paperwork. Once the contract papers were received, the title was checked, enquiries were raised and searches were submitted within a few days, which is our standard timescale. Clients have the option to expedite a matter so that information is dealt with on the same day of receipt but client has chosen not to expedite this matter. The file has not yet completed but we have reported to the client on the title, search results and all the information received from the seller’s solicitors in a little over 2 weeks from the date we raised our enquiries. This is a very short period of time and we would usually expect this process to take nearer to four weeks. The client’s online casewatch is fully up to date and has been updated at every stage of the transaction and the client has spoken to a member of the team each time a stage has been updated. Adele Barker is the file handler and is assisted by a number of team members. Where it is not possible to speak to Adele, the client has always been able to speak to a team member and the client’s queries have always been answered immediately. Thanks

Hassle free and fairly stress free for a property transaction, keen pricing. Online Case tool meant you knew where you were in the process towards property completion. But still available by phone or email if needed.

This was a really good company with an excellent team.
