We operate a centralised administration office to ensure a quick and accurate response to all queries and instructions. We undertake market valuations, RICS Homebuyer Reports, building surveys, lease renewals, rent reviews and much more. If you wish, the report may be emailed to you for speed and a hard copy posted.
The surveyors have a wealth of experience between them in both the residential and commercial field. All our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Thanks to reallymoving.com for providing us with a great comparison tool for chartered surveyors. Lauristons were very responsive and it was a very smooth process from initially touching base with Ade to relaying areas I wished to be looked at during the survey, to receiving the final report. Detailed photographs attached at the end also helped in understanding all the comments made in the RICS report.

Michael was helpful, and willing to spend time understanding our specific position. He was prompt and efficient, keeping us informed at each stage, and delivering his report on time. It included pictures of the points that he raised in the survey for us to see.

Really great service. HB survey was arranged quickly, and full report was available within a 3 days of the survey. Michael was happy to talk me through the points and didn't understand and make suggestions.

I contacted Michael initially by email as Lauritons are local to me, I needed to move quickly as the seller solicitor were pushing for a 28 day exchange, So needed to move quickly, Michael sent out all the information and terms for me to decide on which type of survey I required the same day, I went with a Homebuyer's Report as I am purchasing a flat, The survey was booked and completed 3 days later and I recieved the report by PDF less then 48 later which was fantastic. Very detailed 28 page report, Michael also covered off some other areas of concern. Will definately use again in the furture if the need arises and highly recommend his services..Thx again Michael.
