He conducted a much more thorough survey than I expected having paid a similar amount to another Company for a valuation for someone who wasn't there above 10 minutes. My situation is unusual in that I already live in the property but needed the survey in order to get the mortgage in my own right, he understood exactly what I needed and even went to the trouble of writing a separate letter to the mortgage company in order to respond to their specific comments off the valuation” Gillian
