James was very helpful and informative. The quality of the report was excellent with clear pictures and explanations to the areas in question and with solutions to remedial works.
100% would use him again and refer him to friends - well worth every penny.

A couple of surveyors contacted us after asking for a quote through the reallymoving website, one over the phone and Chauson Ltd by email. To be fair, we were going to chose Chauson Ltd anyway because it was the cheapest quote but then we were absolutely convinced about choosing this firm when they sent us an example of a previous survey when they first contacted us. We could see what we would be getting for our money and made us feel we were making an informed decision. We emailed James back to ask for a full building survey to be done on 15Mar and this was completed the following week while we were away on holidays. We came back and the results were waiting for us. Very detailed as we had expected but also picked up on a couple of things to do with the location of the house (electric pylons nearby and no manhole nearby) which we hadn't really noticed before to be honest. Very happy indeed and would recommend very much.

We were really happy that we picked James as our surveyor. He spent time to explain his observation and patiently answered our questions. All the while being very professional. The images in his survey report made it very easy to comprehend.
