I spoke to Lloyd on Thursday on behalf of my daughter- she phoned him to make arrangements over the weekend. The survey was completed and done and dusted by the following week. Very professional and efficient.
Some of the other surveyors could not be contacted straight away- only office hours, which is not always convenient.

I'd recomment them over any other company. I could not fault the service I received from Lloyd in any way. The survey was carried out and the report issued within days of my contacting him and he was always prompt to respond to any communication from me. Very, very rare these days!

I asked Lloyd for the survey on Friday and had the complete survey report on the following Wednesday. Great service. Lloyd was also always easy to contact and willing to help with any queries I had.

Lloyd was easily contactable and was a pleasure to deal with. He phoned me as soon as he completed the survey to give me his first impressions and highlighted a lot of points to consider. This company could not be beaten, their quote was fantastic and they were able to undertake the survey within a week because we needed to move fast.
