Jonathan was really efficient and extremely helpful. The report was received on time and the content raised issues that were very important and which we are pursuing with the sellers to ensure that we have no problems after exchange of contracts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan and his firm to anyone else. He was contactable both by phone and email and was very prompt in responding to us.

After I received the survey I had a couple of minor questions which I emailed to Jonathan Bevan. Within 30 minutes he called me back and talked me through several of the issues giving me peace of mind. He also said if I had any other questions, I could call him. Great service - no fuss.

Great contact and swift reporting. Explained all findings and took his time with the recommendations. Chose not to proceed in the end but used Bevan Surveyors again.

I was delighted by the professional and personal service given by Jonathan Bevan. Much less expensive than the other quotes but I am sure a much better purchase than that I would have had elsewhere. Being flexible enough to undertake the survey on a Saturday and then giving me at least an hour of his time to discuss on site the issues that would be later dealt with in a comprehensive report indicate the level of service that impressed me. After being paid and having submitted his report Jonathan was still willing to provide additional advice with regard to technical issues and refurbishment costs. 100% recommendation from me.
