The survey was very thorough. It went into much more detail than those done on our previous home. It was very useful to meet with Peter and be able to ask questions and have potential problem areas pointed out. A potentially serious fault with the property was discovered and I was able to get an engineer's report to investigate further. I would definitely recommend this service.

Great easy to use service. South East Surveys contacted me the following morning. They were the highest quote, however they re-quoted and became the cheapest. The survey was completed within one week. I met the surveyor at the property. He was happy to answer my questions and the report was delivered within three days of they survey being completed. A superb service.

intial phone message was very confusing left a message for us to ring back for a quote, when we did ring back, we were not asked if we wanted a further search and the quote was given for the further search too which we didnt realise we could of occured an extra expense of 500 pound if i didnt read through our mortgage offer clearly that the seach would only cost 340 not 840!!!
