We have a unique format for home buyers, which is easily read and in layman's terms. The document can be used as a record of the works done to the property updated by us as they are carried out. When you come to sell, the prospective purchaser can see what the recommendations were and that you have carried out these works, providing a pre-sale guide to the condition of your property.
If serious structural problems exist in the property when we visit site, we will try to contact you immediately to advise you of them. If you choose to withdraw your offer at that time, no fee's will be charged by ourselves.

£480 for a full structural survey is the bargain price that got me through the door; but it's the service that gives me the most pleasure in recommending Dawson & Associates. Buying a property and moving can be enough of a stressful situation, so it's wonderful to have a caring and understanding surveyor who doesn't add more confusion or jargon to the mix.
Penny and Charles were extremely polite, accommodating and professional, organising a fast and seamless turnaround of viewing the property to report delivery. Charles was very understanding when the EA gave him the wrong keys to the property, meaning he had to come back on another day.
I was given a well typed, clearly laid out survey that is very clear to understand. Charles was readily available to talk to me, and put my mind at ease, about a couple of points my solicitor suggested I refer to my surveyor, even over a month from when the survey was undertaken. He also said he would be happy for me to call him again if I ever need any further clarity.
An extra benefit for me was that payment could be taken over the phone via credit card, and at no extra cost (unlike some surveyors/companies).
A sterling company, very refreshing, I can't recommend it enough. If I ever make another purchase (not for at least five years, I hope!) I will certainly call Dawson & Associates directly. I'm the first out of my friends to buy a property so, when their times come, will be telling them to give Charles their business for an efficient and trustworthy service.
