We have invested heavily in conveyancing related IT and we are one of the only firms in North Staffordshire to have achieved the Law Society's Lexcel Accreditation.
We are open on Saturday mornings and late night on Thursdays.

Yet to complete, but so far all communications with the company have been polite and professional and all correspondence have been clear and concise.
All prices were explained and agreed prior to starting.
Half the price of local solicitors, but so far a good job done! (just shows how you can be ripped off by staying local or loyal)
No problem with paperwork as all letters are sent via recorded delivery.

It's a good system you've got. Going through reallymoving.com cut the solicitors' fees almost in half and the quality of service wasn't compromised by the fact that they're not a local firm. That, however, was the source of anxiety for me for a while. Everyone advised me to go with a local firm, despite the massive price difference, but it turned out fine and perhaps you could assure customers who visit your website that proxemity to a solicitors' office doesn't make a difference.

Tim Halliday and his PA were very efficient n all dealings and responsed promptly to all queries raised by myself.
The only slightly disappointing point was the additional £60 charged for the changes in Land Registry Fee, which came into effect on the 6th July, two days after the money transferred (although we had exchanged on the 3rd July) on the property and we were not notified of the change.
