Communication was variable. We were supposed to complete on a Friday and I was told there would be a delay, I asked for an update by email on Tuesday - no reponse, I asked for an update on Thursday - no response, I phoned and was told that Christopher was out of the office all week.

Company response:
Unfortunately this particular transaction suffered from a number of complexities such as having multiple Titles and numerous historic documents having to be obtained from the Land Registry, some of which no longer existed. We feel that the Client was kept updated of all progress as and when it occurred, though we appreciate that not every e-mail was replied to, notwithstanding that the Client requested multiple updates after already being informed that she would be informed of progress as it happened.
