The men were polite and friendly but did not listen properly to instructions re some things I wanted to take in the car (the only things not packed properly in boxes and placed on their own in a corner of the bedroom so it should have been obvious) and these items got mixed up with stuff being stored in the garage, which caused me some headaches! They also did not ask me which rooms I wanted furniture to be in and so put it where they thought while I was being distracted by the landlord discussing a problem with the kitchen.
Company response:
Unfortunately this move was a down size move and the delivery address was too small to accommodate all the belongings due to the less rooms and lack of space. Further issues were present ie the kitchen did not have the required plumbing or space for the white goods and the bedroom storage was not finished. The delivery was made to the best of our ability given the restrictions. An offer to move a few items, following the delivery, was declined by the customer.
