We provide both a local and nationwide service. Whilst we are always happy to see clients at our office we can equally deal by telephone, post or email. All fees are fixed and on a no completion no fee basis.

I was very impressed indeed. I will use the practice next time. I did not proceed to buy the house due to asbetos , but the professionalism and speed was very impressive indeed.

Reallymoving.com was a great find and I will continue to use when I need to find a service. The company was average in their service as I had to chase a little bit to keep things moving although they did respond well when I did manage to catch up with them.

I chose Lambert Pugh following positive comments from other users of this site, and my experience was pretty similar. The service was as quoted, in terms of costs, and overall so was the quality. Communication was fustrating at times, but eventually the sale was concluded successfully, without major drama.
Regular and efficent communication would be the key point in negotiating a stress free purchase.

The solicitors are very difficult to reach over the phone, and they usually only work 3 days a week, but when I do get through to them, they're very pleasant and good to work with. They know what they're doing, but are not good at briefing me on the whole process, many times, I felt like left out of the loop and rush for things at the last minute. They did sort everything out in the end, but our cost was also a lot over the estimate.
