By way of introduction, we are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Surrey with offices in central London and Kent.
We carry out all types of surveys and valuations, as building surveyors and valuers, relating to residential, commercial and industrial property for corporate and private clients.
However, we do specialise in RICS Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys (or structural surveys as the used to be called).
Our chartered building surveyors, amongst other matters, undertake surveys for dilapidations, party wall awards, defects analysis, insurance claims together with providing advice with regard to refurbishments, alterations and extensions.
