Our company of chartered surveyors was established in 1992 and had been responsible for providing building surveying services ever since. Our specialty is in the valuation and surveying of private housing as well as schedules of condition and dilapidations of both residential and commercial properties. Our business is located in Workington, Cumbria with offices in Cockermouth, Carlisle, Lancaster and Barrow-in-Furness.
As an up-to-date business, Homebuyer Surveys Ltd wants to give you the opportunity to get the information you require as quickly as possible and stay in touch with our company and the services we offer.
We have made it possible to order Surveys online. We accept credit and debit card payment by phone or fax, which means that as soon as we receive your instruction and payment we will organise one of our chartered surveyors to conduct the survey. We try to do this within 48 hours (depending upon access to the property) your report will be posted within three working days of the inspection..
At this point we can accept your instruction via the form provided which can be printed completed and posted with your cheque for the amount as per our fee scales. On receipt, the survey will be organised and completed as soon as access is available to the property. The report will then be e-mailed (if required) on completion and the signed hard copy posted.
