Cranfields Surveys was established in 1991 by Richard Cranfield, an experienced Chartered Surveyor with an extensive knowledge of property in Sussex and Kent. Formerly part of the South East Surveys group, the company is now fully independent.

Whether we carry out a Homebuyers Survey or a Building Survey, you will receive a telephone call within 24 hours to give you a verbal summary of the property’s good and bad points followed up by a written report which can be delivered either by post or email (or both).

Cranfield Surveys I would happily use again if I would need to. Mr Cranfield's survey fee was fair, and he did not waste any time in surveying the property nor in sending the report to us. It was all done within the week. He provides a very fast and efficient service and based on my experience with Cranfields Surveys, I would happily recommend him.

Richard was very helpful and happy to talk through any issues that were of concern. The survey was conducted on a Monday and he called us that evening with the initial feedback and the full report was emailed to us a few days later.

We had a full building survey carried out. Richard offered a good service at a good price. His report was very thorough and easy to follow. We recieved an initial feedback by phone within 24 hours of the survey followed by a draft by e-mail then the final written report a few days later. We would recommend him.
