The service was very good. Hannah and her secretary were very pleasant and helpful. I was buying a repossessed property and had to sign the contract within 21 days but they dealt with everything so quickly that it only took about 10 to get everything ready. Then I had to wait for my mortgage to come through and just beat the deadline. They also acted for my Lender which saved me extra fees as some firms I spoke to were not acceptable to Santander. This was included in the price. Made it easy really.

Russell & Russell delivered a first class conveyancing service. Friendly and approachable I found all the staff easy to speak to and always prepared to spend time listening to me. The fees charged followed the estimate that I was given with no hidden extras. Legal matters were explained clearly. I have recommended them to my friend and he seems very pleased with them as well. I buy a lot of properties each year and they are the best that I have used. Real value for money.
