Heseltons Solicitors was established in 1991 under the name of Greenburgh Heselton. The founding partners were Alexander Greenburgh, a deputy District Judge and David Heselton, a former barrister specialising in civil litigation. Since 1992 Heseltons has trained several solicitors some of whom have remained with the firm.
Alexander Greenburgh retired in 2000 and since then the firm has continued to practice now under the name of Heseltons Solicitors. There are two main departments in Heseltons that are rapidly expanding; one is dedicated to conveyancing, the other to civil litigation. Heseltons is looking to expand into the area of personal injury.
