James Barron is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over eleven years post qualification experience of Building Surveying and related matters.
We undertake building inspections and reports from £295.00 plus VAT. We have the capacity to survey all types of property; residential through to industrial and commercial.
We speak to our Clients shortly after the survey has been completed with a full verbal report of what has been found. The written report follows after 3 working days. All of our survey reports contain a glossary and an annotated plan to make reading the report as effortless as possible. Barron Surveying Services also comments specifically on areas requested by the Client, such as the cost of re-roofing, opportunity to extend, ability to alter bathrooms etc
