We aim to inspect the property you are looking to purchase within two days of instruction wherever possible. Reports are then emailed and posted as soon as they are typed with additional copies sent to Legal Representatives free of charge. The Surveyors mobile telephone number will be printed on the report and we actively encourage clients to call with any queries they may have. There is no such thing as a silly question!
We are happy to email prospective clients model reports so they can see exactly what they will be getting for their money.
We send invoices with our reports and clients can pay by cash, cheque, BACS transfer or credit card via PayPal.
We provide speedy turnaround of reports that are thorough, helpful, practical and above all excellent value for money.
