The survey was carried out quickly and Mr Derrick was helpful and informative from start to finish. He spent quite some time on the telephone answering queries I had about the property after I had read his report and he made it clear that I was welcome to talk to him again if necessary. I am a very satisfied customer.

The initial response and service provided, in terms of the named contact being willing to undertake the survey at a time and date I requested once agreeing to carry it out for me, were both very swift and prompt.
In addition the submission of his completed report, which I found to be thorough, was also within the exact time-frame he had stated.
Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from this company as it was delivered in a friendly but business-like manner and I would have no hesitation in recommending Regency Chartered Surveyors in the future.
