Edifice Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2005 by its two Directors, Nigel Dewdney and David Cosway. Nigel Dewdney is a Chartered Surveyor with considerable Building Surveying, Property Valuation and Facilities Management experience. David Cosway is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years Project Management and Commercial Management experience in the construction and property industry.

I cannot fault anything at all about any of the services. Everything was exceptional. Your sight is not too badgering and I do not feel like I am tied into anything, which is good and means I will be likely to both recommend and use again.
