Promise Homepacks Ltd is a subsidiary of the Promise Group, with over two years of staff experience within the HIP industry, dedicated to the development of a simple, online funded HIP solution for independent companies in and around the Midlands.
Who is Promise?
The Promise Group is not your average finance company. In the relatively short time of trading they have already become an established and respected master broker, and have developed excellent relationships with both introducers and lenders.
Promise quickly diversified its product portfolio by establishing another two subsidiary companies. Formed in 2004, Promise Financial Services (PFS) commenced trading and caters for those customers who qualify for finance on the high street at market leading rates but require help and advice. That same year saw the creation of Promise Debt Solutions (PDS), who offer a debt management service to those customers who are unable to meet their credit commitments , or raise further finance to consolidate their debts and reduce their outgoings.
Together, the Group can offer customers Secured products, Mortgage products, unsecured products, debt management and IVA’s graded into four main categories; Super Prime, Prime, Sub Prime and Heavy Adverse.
During the course of 2004 and 2005 Promise Finance focused on building a strong infrastructure for growth, which included high investment in both key personnel as well as market leading I.T .systems.
Currently the growth continues, with Promise Homepacks (PHP), who will pull together all the necessary paperwork to create individual home information packs for properties, when the housing legislation becomes mandatory in June 2007.
Based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, the group is positioned in the central region of the UK, which is an ideal location as an expansion hub. Promise currently employs over 220 staff and has created a successful culture of ‘work hard, play hard’.
