The consultancy was set up in early 1998, undertaking Architectural and Building Surveying works, providing a comprehensive service to the builder.
Having worked for over 20 years in architectural practices and local authority building control, we have gained a wide breadth of experience in the field.
We carry out surveys of prospective dwellings and provide written report on current condition of property. The surveys are designed around the individual clients needs, and can include as much, or as little information as required.
Whilst working in building control we found we were witness to the poor standards of drawings submitted for Local Authority approval.
With this in mind Carfeld Building Surveying Limited was set up to provide a quality design service to both members of the public and builders alike.
We strive to provide a value for money service to our customers, be punctual, polite and professional, and above all else listen to the customers needs.

The price I was quoted included VAT and I paid Including this figure, however I have since discovered that the company is not VAT registered so although I was happy with the survey I did feel that this should have been handled more honestly.
