As a member of the British Association of Removers, we are required to comply with the terms of BS12522 Service Standard, and are assessed annually to ensure that our operational procedures remain at the highest level.
House Removals
When the crew arrive on the first day of the removal, they will introduce themselves, and run through the project with you. The household contents will be systematically packed and loaded, leaving essentials to last. All cartons are marked with contents, and the location from which they are removed.
Cartons and furniture are offloaded, and placed within your new home in a logical manner. Furniture will be unwrapped and reassembled. A full unpacking service is available if required. Cartons and materials will be collected after the removal.
Storage
Secure storage is processed using containerised storage units. This offers our customers a flexible option in terms of storage space and cost.
When moving your household into storage, the containers are loaded whilst on the vehicle, and sealed with numbered seals. These are held in our own Secure Storage Warehouse, which is managed and controlled by Patersons Removals personnel only. The warehouse is dry, secure and fully protected by the Redcare alarm system.
