We are an Independent team of Qualified Domestic Energy Assessors. (DEA’s) and we provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and Home Information Packs (HIPs).
The HIP is produced together with our partner Quidos who are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board. We are based in Dorset but cover parts of neighbouring counties as well.
