Excellent service all round. I was sent a quote by email and Louise called me shortly after to follow up. Survey was booked and carried out within a week, surveyor called the same day to give me a summary of his findings , report was sent by email a 3 working days later . Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful and answered all my questions . I highly recommend this professional, value for money firm .

Really good value for a homebuyers report. Only niggle was I waited 9 days from booking the survey to receiving the report. I would have liked the report back soon as time was critical. Surveyor did call me though on the day he carried out the report so all in all I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Miller Metcalfe Linited made immediate contact and information was easy to understand and follow. One week later and an electronic version of the Housebuyer's Report arrived as agreed. This proved to be a cost effective process to deciding whether or not to buy a house.

Very attentive and eager to get the business, but seemed to lose interest once I'd given it to them - had to chase several times to get both verbal feedback (due within 24 hours after Fri survey; I finally got it the following Thurs) and the written report (due Wednesday, received Fri). This was particularly annoying since I'd chosen this company over another because of the quick turnaround they promised. Happy with the report itself, though a few photos highlighting areas of concern might have been nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you are happy with the report, however do sincerely apologise for the delay in this being sent out. We have spoken with the surveyor regarding the lateness of his report being received and he is putting practices into place to ensure this does not happen again.
Miller Metcalfe prides itself on its service, quality and speed and it is disappointing that on this occasion the report was late.
