Survey was undertaken promptly from instruction to proceed but the report took 10 days following the survey, however the report was comprehensive and within the Homebuyer's Survey guidelines. Bit of a coincidence that the valuation was exactly the selling price!

Very pleased with the service Kevin has provided so far. He was prompt in communicating with me and surveying the property. I met him at the property and he walked me round the house stating the main issues. I am still awaiting the fnal report but am extremely happy with the service so far.

I received back a very fast response from most of the companies listed on your web site, Kevin Shaw was the most competitive and the report was thorough and did pick up on an issue not spotted by the estate agents.

Kevin was efficient and very conscientious, and was willing to walk round with me at the end of his survey, to point things out. His report was clear and detailed, with plenty of photographs of various parts of the building to illustrate his findings.
