After I made my enquiry I was contacted by a really pleasant lady called Maureen and she explained to me in an easy to understand way the different survey types. She was really helpful even though I hadnt agreed a price on the property yet.
After I had chosen this firm their main surveyor (Darren?) called me to chat about my property. Really knowledgeable and down to earth. He offered to call me after his inspection to give me his initial thoughts but in the end I met him at the property and he talked me round the house.
All in all, good outfit, not the cheapest but definitely had my interests at heart and helped me negotiate another 2k off the price with some defects no one told me about!
