Absolutely brilliant, phoned after survey, then e-mail, then paper copy, first sale fell through but we phoned and second survey, on the house we purchased was completed same week,
The survey was thorough and even picked up the fact a door was missing to a bedroom, something we did not notice on viewing.
Would not hesitate to recommend this surveyor

Great Western Surveys provided a fantastic service. Andrew was professional and polite. He provided a thorough, detailed survey and highlighted some important points. He telephoned me after viewing the property to provide me with an initial overview which was very helpful.
I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Andrew was excellent and very helpful. He suggested that we only have a minimal survey rather than paying for a full home buyers survey as the property was a new build. He could very easily have recommended the home buyers survey which would have cost more but he was open and honest about the level of survey we needed. I would definitely recommend him to others as the service was fast and efficient.
