The Chartered surveyor Richard Beazley who personally carries out the instructions has over 30 years experience and extensive knowledge in residential and commercial work. We are able to provide a prompt and efficient service with a competitive fee structure to all clients.
Homebuyer Report
This is an economy package intended only for homes which are conventional in type and construction and apparently in reasonable condition. It is a concise report focusing on urgent and significant matters in a standard format based upon a general surface examination.
The objectives are to enable clients to make an informed judgement on whether or not to proceed, decide whether or not the property is a reasonable purchase at the agreed price, and to assess urgent and significant matters before exchanging contracts. The report includes a valuation.
Building Surveys
These are custom made to clients' individual requirements with the objective of providing the client with an assessment of the construction and condition of the property, and offering technical advice on problems and remedial works.
It advises in greater detail on the general construction of the property, its stability, the need to carry out urgent repairs and other potential expenditure. It will advise as to the seriousness of defects listed and possible remedies.
A building survey does not generally include a valuation, although this can always be provided if requested.

Very helpful and ended up using them to undertake to surveys. We had the surveys done quickly and the findings were given to us verbally too so that we could make an informed decision regarding the property

We used the surveyor twice for two different properties. He was very helpful and gave us a verbal summary as we needed to make a decision about which property to go with. The price was much cheaper than ones I had obtained over the phone in the local area. We paid a little extra than one of the other quotes as we wanted a paper copy of the report.

I had a buildings survey carried out by Darley. My main contact was Richard who was ever so helpful throughout the job and offered some great advice as he knew I was a first time buyer. Their work was impeccable and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking for a surveyor.
