I have used surveyors on several occasions in the past. Rods advice, his survey and the follow up were beyond anything I have experienced previously. This guy gives surveyors a good name! He provided a prompt service and kept us in touch throughout.I cannot recommend him enough.

Rod Stradling arranged to survey our property at short notice and took over 100 photos which were E Mailed to us the following day. He then phoned us to discuss his findings and explain the important features. The written report followed a few days later in the timescale we had agreed.
What impressed me most of all is his communication skill. Not only was he prompt but he was able to explain the results of his survey in a language that I could understand. The photos were invaluable - they secured us an interview with the managing agents within 24 hours where we were able to explain our fears and have them resolved.
I would recommend Mr Stradling without hesitation to any future potential buyer.

Mr Stradling gladly gave his time to enable us to discuss various points and issues in detail, this in turn enabled us to renegotiate the asking price and to be fully prepared to address a number of works upon us taking possession of the property. Rod Stradling did a fantastic job in surveying our property. He went well beyond the normal level of service you'd expect - supporting us with several very useful telephone calls and advice as well as the comprehensive report itself. Rod was extremely helpful and provided a friendly professional service.
