I am an experienced independent surveyor having qualified in 1996 and since carried out over fifteen thousand valuations or surveys on behalf of lenders and private clients.
Specialising in RICS Homebuyer surveys and using the new traffic light style reporting structure I provide a friendly accessible service. I cover all of Tyne & Wear and Northumberland and my aim is to see the property the next day after instruction.
My completed reports are generally between 22 and 30 pages, free of technical language and I keep caveats to the minimum.

Graeme Potts is very friendly and will happily discuss concerns and information regarding the house before you commit to the survey. He was quick to do the survey and arranged all appointments etc directly through the estate agent so it was a very hassle free service. The report was thorough and there were photos of the more significant issues, would have been good to have a point in the text to confirm the photo number, I would suggest asking for this. Only other thing I would suggest asking for if you want it is a call after the survey has been completed, it would have been nice to know ASAP if there were a lot of severe issues or not rather than awaiting the report as it is an anxious time and feel its better to know.

Gave a fantastic personal service with a speedy and thorough report all in plain English; was very happy to discuss issues concerning the property in person, even a couple of weeks after issuing the report.
