Within the constraints of what is required from a survey the company acted very quickly and maintained good lines of communication. They have also been helpful in offering advice regarding the property as an issue we were unaware of has turned up at a late stage in the process.
We received an electronic copy of the survey promptly,and the paper copy was delivered a few days later.
I would recommend the company to other house buyers.

He was a complete time waster. He said when he would be available, then when I rung to confirm, he made no further contact to either emails or phone calls, wasted a lot of time as well as phone calls leaving messages on his mobile. Much better to agree to pay more and get a surveyor who will behave in a professional, helpful and polite manner. I had to ring around and arrange to have another surveyor because he did not even have the courtesy to ring and let me know he would not be available. Just because he was substantially less expensive than other surveyors does not make him a wise choice. I would not recommend him and I am glad I did not use his services. If his negligence regards his whole unprofessional attitude is anything to go by then what would his services as a surveyor have been like?

Unfortunately we did experience complete loss of IT Host Server facilities and phone communications at this time and we can understand the Client's frustration as we felt exactly the same towards our Host Server company. The whole setup has now been changed to another company and hopefully such problems will not take place again in the future. We think other Clients / customers will agree that we do provide a good and responsible, professional service but the IT problem and communications did lose us quite a lot of business which was entirely beyond our control. Finally, we do sincerely apologise for the lack of communication in this and other similar instances over a period of several days

Excellent and speedy service and over £100 cheaper than some other surveyors we had contacted. Report itself was pretty basic but all the info we required was included. Phillip was swift to return emails (apart from when the server went down!) and the lady i spoke to in the office was friendly and helpful. Would definately reccommend!

Extremely thorough covering every aspect that I asked Philip to focus on, including going back a second time to check drains with an expert colleague. Very willing to answer questions including some a considerable time after the survey. Very good value. I would strongly recommend to others.
