I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only did they do a thorough job with the survey but they also pointed out a potential issue with the ownership of the loft space. This was something that the lawyers and estate agent had overlooked.
If I ever need another survey I will use Wood's again - they are friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and genuine. They also gave one of the most reasonable quotes but what convinced me to use them was that they answered the phone and were very helpful.
You need reliable people to help you when buying property, so use them!

This was my first experience of a survey so i have nothing to compare it with. The report provided the level of detail that were promised and a traffic light system showed where action was needed. It has given me confidence in the property that we are purchasing. The service was prompt and Garry was happy to discuss the report after I had received it.
I got a quote from the estate agents surveyor that was 50% more and they could not explain what extra I would get for that.

Very professional to deal with. Always got back to me promptly regarding my enquiries.
Survey undertaken as planned with vendor, feedback report was submitted very quickly giving us plenty of time to highlight any issues with vendors.
Overall, very happy with service and being RICS member, gives me confidence in the report.

Woods was excellent. They were able to send the things for me to sign by email, and I could scan them back signed - so that speeded things up nicely. Fitted us in within 5 days which was great. Report very helpful and well written. You can also contact them any time afterwards for further information which I thought was very good.

Having fallen off our seat at the price our estate agent quoted from one of their 'partners' we decided to scour the web. The Really Moving website came up and thought I would give it a go. At least we had feedback to go on which made the whole process less of a stab in the dark. Chose Woods because it was the most competitive. They were happy to come out despite being quite far away. Very friendly lady who answered the phone and organised the meet, couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and speedy! Report back very quickly. Would certainly recommend.
