I had read some other reviews on Really Moving before choosing, but when I read Phil's feedback I knew I needed to look no further. Only five weeks before Christmas and Phil was able to book in with the vendor, survey the property and send me the report all in under a week - I did speak to him on the phone after only 4 days to find out his initial reaction of the property and was pleased with his findings and clear explainations, so set the solicitors on the go before I had the report in hand. I would highly recommend Phil and I will certainly be using his skills again! It is so wonderful to find a busness man who knows how to run his business, is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Very impressed and very happy.

I received quotes using this website, for a chartered surveyor homebuyer report - Phillip Hurst was the cheapest and had good reviews. I emailed him the details on Monday night and explained it was an urgent job; we spoke on the phone on Tuesday and he hand delivered the report to me on Friday! Absolutely excellent service, communication and speed, and Philip also provided further helpful information outside of the report. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
