- Excellent customer service at a competitive price for a full Building Survey.
- Thorough survey, and the surveyor spent a good 45mins with us at the property reviewing each area in detail.
- Only comment is that the vast majority of the recommendations suggest getting a qualified professional in for a detailed quote, some of which comes at additional cost (e.g. structural engineer). We would have liked this suggestion to be an exception, rather than the default comment after each recommendation as we expected a Building Survey to indicate what actually needs addressing, and what doesn't.

Contacted me by phone immediately - followed up with helpful email - did the survey within 48hrs of my instructions. Survey sent by email 7days later (after my phoning to request it).
On the whole very pleased with the Home Buyers Report - more thorough than I expected and value for money.

The surveyor was very helpful & called me back on a weekend as I had a query about the report. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the answer rather than rushing me through the details. He was very thorough, friendly & helpful.

Firstly, my thanks goes to Gregory Residential Ltd for their professionalism and efficient service. I requested a quote and they contacted me promptly by phone. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very well informed. I received clear and accurate advice on 'The Home Buyers Survey' - The price and date of the Survey was agreed and carried out accordingly. I was very impressed with their online Survey Report which was sent to my Inbox within a few days of the inspection, followed by a high quality presentation copy which was sent by Post. Additionally, A very big thank you to 'reallymoving.com' for their brilliant website which made it possible for me to find this company.
