Peter Bennett Surveys are independent Chartered Surveyors (regulated by the RICS) who specialise in all types of residential surveys and valuations, with over 20 years expert knowledge of Somerset, Wiltshire, North Dorset, Bath & Bristol.
We provide three different types of survey to suit your needs – Valuations, Home Reports and full Building Surveys. Peter Bennett is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and carries full professional indemnity cover in accordance with RICS requirements.
Peter Bennett Surveys prides itself on giving clients a fast, friendly, efficient and professional service. The client will receive a pdf copy of the report via email. Two postal copies are also provided, one of which can be sent direct to your legal adviser. Photographs are provided with Home Reports and Building Surveys.
Arranging a survey is a relatively simple process and provides an economical way of avoiding any unpleasant and often costly surprises after moving in.
Peter Bennett Surveys also provide an Energy Rating service, and Karen Curtis is a qualified energy assessor. We provide a prompt and efficient service to house sellers, landlords, lettings and estate agents.

I'm really impressed with the service you offer. Getting a quote before you make your own enquiries saves a lot of time, particularly when you are trying to relocate to the other side of the country. Also being able to link into the companies' own websites gives further choice.
We would probably not have thought of using the surveyor we did without your input. The one we chose was also mentioned favourably by the house agent as being popular in the area, as opposed to another who was known to be slow with the reports.
I am also very impressed with the quality of the survey report as well as the price.
