Good company but would of preferred a more direct contact to Mark and they ignored our specific site arrangement requirements. They also only seem to work mornings as you can't contact them in the afternoon. However they did a detailed report so was impressed with that. They also seem to avoid recommendations.

The survey content was excellent, just took 3 weeks to get it though, from the date of the actual survey being done.

They were really easy to communicate with by email & phone. The surveyor on the day was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They turned the Survey around really quickly for us. I would use them again without a doubt.

I think it would be a good idea for a service to be available where a single firm will carry out a building survey, inspect drains and water supply, heating system, electrical installation etc for a single fee

Fast response from the administrative side. Wanted a little more in depth personal contact with surveyor. Brief telephone call seemed a bit inadequate and not every question I asked was answered.
Considering the low cost, this was a more than satisfactory service.
They should be kept on your list.
