Survey was super quick, results came back much faster than expected. They were really helpful in explaining the issues and concerns I had. Both Donald and Angela were a pleasure. The survey also saved me about £200 off the quotes I had got myself!

The report arrived promptly and but we were most impressed by the follow up email from Donald clarifying an item in the report. We did not request this additional information but were very pleased to recieve it and appreciate his additional input. We would certainly use this company again.

When I first put my request in to your web site I received my 4 estimates but also within 10 minutes I had phone calls from 2 of the companies. This was totally unexpected and in fact was slightly intimidating as I was only making an initial enquiry to find out the approximate costs and didn't have any dates to work to. Both companies seemed surprised at this.
Having said that...... the firm I used were extremely attentive and prompt when I did actually engage them.
