despite the promise of super one to one service this company was poor.The final price was different, there were last minute panics, a demand for £1000 on the day of completion completely out of the blue, no real help or advice just a process. Would not use again or recommend

Company response:
The demand for the extra monies was due to the fact that that shortly before completion the vendors solicitors informed us that their client had paid the full service charge account up to December 2011 and therefore required our client to pay this. However, he will not have to pay any further service charges until 1st January 2012. This was explained to the client quite clearly.
We did have problems communicating with our client due to his job but we spoke on a regular basis to his parents. We are saddened by our clients review and would welcome the opportunity for him to visit our offices and see just how much work we put into his file. One of our larger than average files.

Excellent site find solicitors within reasonable distance in case of difficulties but it was still one of the cheapest quotes from your site. I would certainly recommend both the site and solicitors in the future.
