They were very efficient, except for one mishap at the beginning where they sent my papers to start their services to the property I was buying. Fortunately it wasn't an empty property. I reported this to them and they were most apologetic but from then on I couldn't fault them. I received regular emails and texts updating me on the progress and when it came to exchange and contract I was phoned and it went through very quickly on the same day with no extra cost.

The whole process was smooth easy and realy quite low on stress. we did have to have some contact over details an idemnity insurance etc but all was done very quickly alway communication was excellent

Beaumont Legal were good and did the job well. Sometimes a little hard to get hold of someone, would have to press re-dial several times til the phone wasn't engaged any more.
The online list was undated in batches rather than when each part was done, but since time wasn't a pressure this didnt bother us too much.
I was very pleased that they were able to push for our completion on a Friday (contracts had exchanged that Tuesday) so we had the weekend to move in.
They were very helpful explaining all the legal terms er didnt understand, and it was really easy to know where to sign the contracts as they came with big yellow sticker arrows saying 'sign here'. The return envelope was far too small for the paperwork we needed to send back though.
Be careful to opt out of bacs transfer as this costs extra, and choose other methods of identification than the automatically selected one. They are cheaper than other firms, but they get you by charging more for what other firms wouldnt charge you for. If you're savvy you can save money with them.
We had no problems with Beaumont Legal, and have just recommended them to our friends who said someone else recommended them too.
