This was an excellent service at very reasonable cost.
Philip McLauchlan at Margary & Miller was fast and efficient, dealing with all correspondence immediately. He responded quickly to letters, emails and telephone calls and used all of these methods of communication to get things done.
I was kept informed of developments at each and every stage and not once did I have to progress chase. Full credit where it is due - this was a first class service and I would highly recommend this firm.

They really needed to get to the bottom of why we didn't exchange a few days or weeks before we completed. The exchange and completion came on the same day with not enough time to cancel services, etc. Also there was a crazy rumour suggesting half way through that my chain had collasped. It caused great stress yet not enough was done to quickly quash this remour demostrating why it was a rumour and conforming that we were back on track. I had to do a lot of the chasing. I was always on the phone.
On a postive note, Philip was mostly always there - he didn't warn us that he was going on holiday, however. Louise Green his Secretary, with Philip in didn't seem to know much, but once left to cover his absense, did an excellent job!
