The firm offers estate agency at up to 50% of the rates to be found in the Scottish marketplace. The rate on offer is ½% + VAT and set up costs.

Property Exchanges
The firm has also launched a Scotland wide website in an attempt to put sellers in touch with purchasers who may wish to exchange their properties. This website is free to both agents and clients.

Surveys
The firm has negotiated a 10% discount with an Edinburgh firm of surveyors for its clients. This discount will only be available to those clients purchasing within the area covered by that firm. Our surveyors offer a quick service which includes an e-mail of the basic details of the property and valuation followed up by the full report which will also be e-mailed to the clients.
