Found reallymoving very useful, and an easy way to get the best deal,
McKinnon & Co, emailed with follow up information, which is a great business plan, and will help them gain customers, makes it easier to get in contact with a company that is keen to communicate,
as yet the property isnt ours, but have been very pleased with everything so far,

We were quoted a much higher fee by builders who told us as part exchange involved 3 solicitors we should use the one they recommended - that they were used to the complications.
I used Mckinnon & Co - everything was straightforward, prompt service, a free will which we needed and saved several hundreds of pounds.
I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I would not have followed up the Reallymoving recommendations (as none of the firms were ones I had heard of nor were they very local) had Mr McKinnon not taken the trouble to phone me to offer an explanation of the quote and fuller details of the service offered: full marks for customer care.
